Terms and Conditions

The following are our terms and conditions for warranties and returns:

  • Buyer must contact us within thirty days to return item for a full refund or exchange.
  • Item must be undamaged and not altered in any way when returning.
  • All parts and repairs come with a full one year warranty.
  • If your unit becomes defective within 1 year of purchase, you can send your unit back and we will replace it free of charge. If we do not have an exact replacement for you, we will attempt to repair your unit. If your unit cannot be replaced or repaired, we will issue a full no questions asked refund. Warranty does not cover physical damage to the unit such as burns, board damage, or corrosion.
